Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to provide customer service and manage the onboarding process for employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding process for employers, including presenting options and conducting training on product use
• Manage implementation by developing and maintaining detailed project plans and completing file testing for specific file types
• Anticipate and address employer concerns, leveraging internal subject matter experts as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• 2+ years' experience in healthcare operations and/or implementation
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in project management
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
• No task is too small attitude, with a passion for service excellence
