Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to assist in onboarding new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers on all products
• Define and deliver on success metrics for customer onboarding
• Support customers through the implementation period via email and Zoom

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience
• Experience with email routing and DNS management
• Ability to work and thrive remotely
• Customer-centric, collaborative, and responsive attitude
