Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist II to join their support team in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete complex software project setups and modifications as required by the client
• Answer incoming support calls and emails while managing client requests through ticketing systems
• Provide training and ongoing support to new Implementation Specialists and assist with client meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of software implementation or project onboarding experience
• Experience supporting accounting or business operations software
• Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
