Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the new business and renewal process for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather applications from carriers, instruct clients on paperwork completion, and manage submissions for implementation
• Communicate final approvals and provide necessary documentation to clients
• Manage database entries and track all correspondence in CRM

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a benefits support role at a carrier, general agency, or brokerage preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products preferred
• Familiarity with database applications is a plus
