Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support customers during the implementation phase of their platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various teams to configure new clients on the SaaS platform in staging and production environments
  • Manage ongoing configuration updates and resolve onboarding issues by engaging internal teams
  • Document client configurations and internal processes while providing support for troubleshooting during implementation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of client-facing support experience via ticketing or face-to-face interactions
  • 1-3 years of experience with Splunk or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience with SaaS APIs, HTTP/S, JSON, XML, and Postman
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar ticketing system
  • Experience at a SaaS company is required; experience in the Identity/Fraud space is a plus
