Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist (Practice Efficiency Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support core operations to improve practice-level consistency and efficiency
• Identify and partner with stakeholders to accelerate execution of key initiatives and support project management
• Serve as a subject matter expert to influence capability enhancements and maintain reporting standards

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required
• Five plus years of experience in financial services, preferably with advisors and practice operations
• Proven ability to execute in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in practice management, operational alignment, and financial advice/products
