Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the new business and renewal process for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and manage applications from carriers and instruct clients on required paperwork
- Communicate final approvals and provide necessary documentation to clients
- Maintain database management and documentation, including CRM updates and email tracking
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a benefits support role at a carrier, general agency, or brokerage preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products preferred
- Familiarity with database applications is a plus
