Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the sales team and clients through the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer escalated calls from sales and other departments to support clients
• Manage client portfolios, including activity, growth, services, and cancellations
• Perform client demonstrations and software walk-throughs on products and services

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of client services experience (major account experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and various departments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong internet and personal computer skills are a must
