Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to guide SMB customers through the initial phase of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions
• Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Identify and resolve issues during and after implementation, while maintaining detailed documentation of processes and interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in technical implementation or a related role
• Familiarity with Google applications, Trello, SalesForce, Jira, and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
