Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist responsible for managing client inquiries and facilitating software adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate time-to-value and software adoption while reducing client churn
• Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients and manage their implementation expectations
• Handle inbound customer questions across various channels and ensure full technical account set-up

Required Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2+ years of SaaS Point of Sale Support or Implementation experience
• 1+ years of salon software experience preferred
• Experience in the beauty industry (spa, clinic, salon) is a plus but not mandatory
• Familiarity with SaaS applications such as Gainsight, Salesforce, or Skilljar
