Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage client onboarding and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring successful integration and first orders
• Manage API and platform integrations between client systems and the company's services
• Coordinate internal rollouts of new tools and processes, ensuring successful adoption and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical project management in a relevant industry
• Experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate sectors
• Fluency in API documentation and integration processes
• Strong project management skills with a focus on planning and execution
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, or Slack
