Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage customer onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, including milestone calls over a 60-day period
  • Provide timely communication and set proper expectations regarding the onboarding process
  • Ensure customers are fully set up and adopt applicable product features before onboarding graduation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in software solution implementations
  • Experience in SaaS environments in a project coordinator or customer success role is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in project management or coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
