Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to manage the implementation of intranet and internal communications solutions for new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver configurations and onboarding for Appspace Intranet and Internal Communications solutions
• Support platform migrations from legacy systems to Appspace, ensuring content accuracy and quality
• Assist in the implementation of Workplace Management products, including space reservation and digital signage

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with intranet or internal communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Igloo)
• Familiarity with workplace management solutions and platform migrations
• Basic technical knowledge in C#, cloud services, or NoSQL databases
• Experience performing structured QA validation of content or system configurations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
