Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

Implement small projects and assist on larger projects while ensuring client billability levels are met
Customize software applications and enter customer-specific data based on project documentation
Test systems pre-delivery and document defects while collaborating with team members to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering with 2 years of experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 6 years of experience
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Windows-based operating systems/networks
Experience in implementing or supporting software solutions
Must be 18 years of age or older
