Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Implementation Specialist is a full-time position responsible for delivering a high-quality onboarding experience for new customers, managing software configuration, training, and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers from kickoff to go-live
• Configure and customize the platform to align with customer workflows and business needs
• Deliver training sessions tailored to different user roles and manage onboarding timelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or training roles, preferably in SaaS
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly and effectively
• Experience working with CRM, EMR, or practice management software preferred
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage different personalities and learning styles
