Job Summary

Implementation Specialist ensures successful onboarding and adoption of solutions in a full-time, remote role, focusing on system configuration, customer training, and support to maximize employee adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer onboarding and ensure readiness for implementation
  • Facilitate design and configuration of solutions while assessing customer readiness and communicating risks
  • Act as the main point of contact during implementation, providing support and resolving issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Prior experience in workforce management, payroll, finance, or hospitality is advantageous
  • Ability to guide customers through change and influence technology adoption
  • Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis techniques
  • Project or systems certifications (e.g., Agile, Prince2, ITIL) are a plus
