Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Implementation Specialist is a full-time role responsible for managing customer onboarding, data migration, and training for small to mid-sized firms while ensuring successful adoption of the software platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, tracking milestones and ensuring timely deliverables
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and provide professional guidance on best practices for workflow setup
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs and capture feedback

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations
• Experience with end-to-end technical implementations
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
• Experience in customer-facing roles, including facilitating meetings and training sessions
• Familiarity with data management and ensuring integrity during migrations
