Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Implementation Specialist, responsible for providing veterinary practices with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize a data-powered platform, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with veterinary practice leadership to assess and improve the use of the platform
• Train customers on product features and adapt sessions based on feedback
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the veterinary industry
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification in Animal Science preferred
• Familiarity with systems and software such as Google Suite and Salesforce preferred
• Reliable internet access required
