Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic support team, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist II will manage project setups and client training, ensuring users have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively utilize the company's software.

Key responsibilities

• Complete complex software project setups and modifications as required by clients
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients and fellow Implementation Specialists
• Utilize project management tools to manage client requests and escalate issues as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of software implementation or project onboarding experience
• Experience supporting accounting or business operations software
• Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
