Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support educators and students in the EMEA region, the part-time Implementation Specialist will design and deliver engaging online training sessions for Kognity's IBDP and IGCSE resources while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design bespoke training sessions tailored to the specific needs of customer schools
• Deliver interactive virtual training sessions to educators and students
• Gather user feedback to refine training sessions and enhance the onboarding experience

Required qualifications

• Experience teaching the IBDP and IGCSE curriculum
• Knowledge of and passion for digital teaching and learning
• Proven ability to deliver presentations to both large and small groups
• Experience with virtual training delivery
• Proficiency in technology, including Zoom and Google Workspace
