Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the successful deployment of enterprise-grade SaaS and RaaS solutions, the full-time Implementation Specialist will engage with customers to understand their business requirements and operational workflows, translating these into implementation designs while managing configuration, integration, testing, and training remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into implementation designs
• Configure DTN platforms to support customer use cases and develop testing strategies to validate implementation quality
• Lead customer meetings and manage implementation risks, dependencies, and roadblocks throughout the deployment lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software solutions
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven project management experience with the ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in solution design, configuration, integration, and validation
• Experience working cross-functionally with customers and technical stakeholders
