Job Summary
Leading the configuration and implementation of PSC Software's ACE platform, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist (Configuration) will support customer enablement activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery within regulated life sciences environments.
Key responsibilities
- Configure ACE and related software solutions to meet customer business processes and compliance requirements
- Lead customer workshops and translate requirements into scalable software configurations
- Support implementation planning, deployment, and conduct customer training sessions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, or related customer-facing roles
- Experience supporting regulated life sciences or GxP environments preferred
- Strong understanding of software validation concepts and regulated business processes
- Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms or similar regulated software solutions
