Job Summary

Leading the configuration and implementation of PSC Software's ACE platform, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist (Configuration) will support customer enablement activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery within regulated life sciences environments.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure ACE and related software solutions to meet customer business processes and compliance requirements
  • Lead customer workshops and translate requirements into scalable software configurations
  • Support implementation planning, deployment, and conduct customer training sessions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, or related customer-facing roles
  • Experience supporting regulated life sciences or GxP environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of software validation concepts and regulated business processes
  • Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms or similar regulated software solutions
