Job Summary

Leading the configuration and implementation of PSC Software's ACE platform, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist (Configuration) will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer enablement in regulated life sciences environments.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure ACE and related software solutions to meet customer business processes and compliance requirements
  • Conduct customer training sessions and support implementation planning, deployment, and go-live readiness activities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and other teams to manage project timelines, deliverables, and customer communications
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, or technical consulting roles
  • At least 3 years of experience in regulated life sciences or GxP environments preferred
  • Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms or similar regulated software solutions
  • Strong understanding of software validation concepts and experience conducting customer workshops and training sessions
