Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy, full-time Implementation Specialist to lead the successful integration of ClassWallet's solutions for valued partners in a remote setting, focusing on project lifecycle ownership, customer onboarding, and driving long-term platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lead during the initial customer lifecycle phase, providing expert guidance on platform configuration best practices
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities during implementation by recognizing customer needs and collaborating with the Client Success team
• Manage complex implementations, ensuring all deliverables are met on time while proposing creative solutions to potential roadblocks

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing implementation, consulting, or strategic account management role (SaaS experience preferred)
• Ability to interpret complex data and present it compellingly to customers
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes projects with multiple stakeholders
• BA/BS degree preferred; Project Management Professional certification is highly preferred
