Job Summary
Managing complex EDI integration projects, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist II will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring successful deployments while handling a portfolio of 20-30 concurrent projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead software implementation for mid-size EDI integration projects within the B2B Gateway platform
- Coordinate activities across customers, trading partners, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Facilitate EDI and integration testing, troubleshooting mapping changes, and providing proactive status updates
Required qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in EDI implementation, technical support, or client onboarding
- Advanced understanding of EDI concepts and trading partner requirements
- Experience with ERP business systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with a strong sense of ownership
