Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-driven and action-oriented, the fully remote Implementation Specialist will own client onboarding and implementation processes, driving execution and ensuring long-term success for new clients, products, and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute onboarding for new clients, products, and programs while serving as the primary point of contact during implementation
• Drive cross-functional execution by coordinating tasks across teams and managing expectations around timelines and deliverables
• Support operational setup and workflow design, analyzing processes to identify gaps and documenting implementation steps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years in client-facing implementation, onboarding, or operational roles
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action
