Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Professional Services team, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will partner with clients to analyze workflows, configure solutions within the Submittable platform, and lead tailored training sessions to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client self-sufficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client workflows and provide best practice recommendations for effective solutions within the Submittable platform
• Build and configure accounts, forms, and workflows while conducting thorough technical and functional testing
• Design and deliver customized training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and use of the platform

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, or a related client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Ability to quickly develop working knowledge in industries such as nonprofit/government grants administration or education
• Culturally aware and able to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
• Creative problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
