Job Summary

Working remotely in the Pacific or Mountain time zones, the full-time Implementation Specialist will manage data conversion and system setup for new clients on a payroll platform, providing technical support and client training while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead new client setup, data conversion, and system troubleshooting within the Payroll/HRIS platform
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Team to ensure smooth transitions and process first payrolls accurately and on time
  • Document process improvements and create training resources to enhance client experience and internal efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with PrismHR as a technical service provider
  • Strong customer-facing experience in an implementation or onboarding role
  • Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple client implementations
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
