Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Taking ownership of customer implementation projects, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage the end-to-end process from onboarding to Go-Live, ensuring project goals are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation projects, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency and knowledge sharing
• Train customers on software use and optimize workflows based on their specific requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Nursing Informatics degree is a plus
• 2+ years of software implementation experience
• Prior experience in a healthcare or health IT environment strongly preferred
