Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding process for new clients, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage customer relationships, ensure successful strategy execution, and recommend sustainability solutions to drive cost savings.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead timely and successful onboarding execution according to customer needs and objectives
• Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams during the implementation process
• Partner with customers to understand their business issues and recommend appropriate recycling and savings plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Account Management, or Sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize conflicting assignments
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
