Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the implementation process for an assigned client list, the full-time Implementation Specialist will coordinate all aspects of client onboarding and support, ensuring satisfaction and effective application usage while working in a hybrid office environment in South Jordan, Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all implementation aspects for new and existing clients
• Serve as the primary contact for clients during the implementation process, ensuring clear communication of requirements and progress
• Train clients on key product features and assist in developing new workflow plans

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Training, or Medical Software
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
• Experience with web-based systems implementation
• 2-3 years of implementation or service account management experience
• Familiarity with medical computerized billing and scheduling software systems is preferred
