Job Summary

Managing the direction and implementation of Loan Origination Software projects, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will coordinate project activities, define scope and deliverables, and report on progress while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and implement projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Manage project stakeholders and resources, including budget and scheduling
  • Present project status reports to stakeholders, addressing issues and resolutions
Required qualifications
  • At least four years of experience as a project manager or implementation specialist in the Fintech or banking industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Project and SmartSheet
  • Experience in conducting remote presentations and meetings
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external clients
