Job Summary
Managing the direction and implementation of Loan Origination Software projects, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will coordinate project activities, define scope and deliverables, and report on progress while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project stakeholders and resources, including budget and scheduling
- Present project status reports to stakeholders, addressing issues and resolutions
Required qualifications
- At least four years of experience as a project manager or implementation specialist in the Fintech or banking industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Project and SmartSheet
- Experience in conducting remote presentations and meetings
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external clients
