Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the accurate setup of employer plans, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will collaborate with partners and employers during the onboarding process to ensure timely and precise completion of plan setups within the WEX Health Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of employer plans across WEX Health Cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing education and status updates throughout the implementation process
• Review and verify demographic and enrollment files for accuracy during the implementation process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare-related field, or equivalent implementation-related work experience
• Experience working with partners, employers, or consumers is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy regulations
