Job Summary

As the primary owner of the onboarding experience, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage the implementation process from kickoff to successful launch, partnering with customers to define success criteria and ensure a seamless path to value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the implementation process and establish plans, timelines, and success criteria to keep projects on track
  • Serve as the primary implementation advisor, facilitating meetings and providing personalized training to customers
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party providers to ensure a seamless customer journey and successful handoffs
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or a related customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and project management tools
