Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the implementation of item processing solutions, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage project execution, configure systems, and provide customer training and support for financial institution clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute implementation projects, including system configurations and data validation for item processing solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering training and ensuring alignment between customer expectations and system functionality
• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation troubleshooting and support

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, or implementation roles
• Experience with item processing, branch capture, or remote deposit capture
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Understanding of file movement, FTP, and secure transfer processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
