Job Summary

Providing tactical implementation support and configuration expertise, the full-time Contractor Implementation Specialist will manage ticket resolution, system configuration, and quality assurance activities remotely to ensure seamless client onboarding and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage client support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
  • Perform system configurations and technical integrations based on specifications from Implementation Consultants and Project Managers
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing to validate system functionality and data accuracy before client launches
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS client support or technical implementation, preferably in healthcare
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with system configuration and client ticketing systems
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with benefits enrollment processes and healthcare data management is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
