Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the critical bridge between sale and success, the remote Implementation Specialist will guide marina customers through product configuration, data migration, and training to ensure successful onboarding and long-term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Guide marina customers through product configuration, system integration, and go-live readiness
• Conduct training sessions focused on product adoption and operational success across various user roles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address implementation challenges and influence product improvements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience with CRM and implementation tools, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented approach to data migration and system configuration
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
