Job Summary
Coordinating and implementing Loan Origination Software projects, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist II will manage project scopes, resources, and budgets while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project stakeholders and allocate resources effectively
- Create project schedules and report on progress to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- At least four years of experience as a project manager or implementation specialist in the Fintech or banking industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Project
- Experience with SmartSheet and conducting remote presentations
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions
