Job Summary

Coordinating and implementing Loan Origination Software projects, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist II will manage project scopes, resources, and budgets while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and implement projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Manage project stakeholders and allocate resources effectively
  • Create project schedules and report on progress to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • At least four years of experience as a project manager or implementation specialist in the Fintech or banking industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Project
  • Experience with SmartSheet and conducting remote presentations
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions
