Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Implementation Specialist, the role focuses on delivering solution deployments to customers across the United States and Canada, ensuring successful implementation and high customer satisfaction through direct engagement and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to review requirements, define solutions, and execute deployments
• Deliver implementation services aligned with client and sales team scopes
• Design, deploy, and configure Commvault solutions in enterprise environments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data protection or backup and recovery environments
• 2+ years of consulting or customer-facing experience
• Experience with enterprise storage hardware such as HDS, Dell EMC, or NetApp
• Working knowledge of cloud storage platforms including Azure or AWS
• Hands-on experience with Commvault or comparable data protection solutions
