Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Leading customer implementations for the Everlance B2C product line, the full-time Implementation Specialist will manage the onboarding process, conduct client calls, and configure systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned Everlance customers, ensuring all deliverables are met
• Conduct client-facing calls to establish program objectives, timelines, and expectations while addressing customer-specific inquiries
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions to ensure users are confident in utilizing the platform effectively

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting customers in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to lead multiple implementations under tight time constraints
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, RocketLane, and Everlance products is a plus
