Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Guiding new clients through the onboarding process, the remote Implementation Specialist will manage project plans, ensure successful software implementation, and provide training to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including setup, configuration, and training
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for successful software implementation
• Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on effective platform usage

Required qualifications:

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with insurance or compliance industries is a plus
