Job Summary

Leading professional services engagements, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage client implementations, provide training, and conduct needs assessments while ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Implement coordinated project plans for successful client onboarding and conversions across the platform suite
• Provide product training and application support, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and maintain regular status updates for clients and internal teams

Required qualifications

• A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting
• Exceptional project planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record in providing in-house and remote training
• Experience with agency systems or related software/applications is preferred
