Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Specialist will manage the onboarding process for customers, ensuring timely service enablement while collaborating with internal teams and providing exceptional support throughout the implementation journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage technical implementations, including web filter and safety management deployments
- Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring completion within 60 days of purchase
- Educate and guide customers on services, maintaining regular communication to ensure successful outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role, with implementation experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 Administration
- Experience deploying agents/extensions and familiarity with multiple MDMs
- Proven record of providing exceptional customer service
