Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Specialist I will ensure the successful deployment of projects by serving as the primary client contact, coordinating project strategies, and providing technical support throughout the implementation process.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process
• Develop and execute implementation strategies to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients, resolving issues as they arise

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or a related field within a technical or SaaS company
• Knowledge of relevant software and technologies, with troubleshooting capabilities
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
