Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Implementation Specialist, the full-time role will lead end-to-end technology implementations in the investment management sector, managing project planning and governance while collaborating with client stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front-/middle-/back-office technology implementations, including requirements gathering, workflow design, and training documentation
• Own project planning and management, ensuring successful implementation through detailed statements of work and task plans
• Drive project governance with regular status meetings, budget tracking, and proactive communication with clients and teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in implementations, project management, or production support, with a focus on relevant technology configurations
• Deep understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain and investment products
• Proficiency in database management and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and AWS
• Experience in at least three Front-/Middle-/Back Office focus areas, such as Portfolio Management, Trading, or Compliance
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data engineering programming languages
