Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Implementation Specialist, the full-time role will lead and co-manage end-to-end technology implementations across front-, middle-, and back-office functions, providing strategic insights and ensuring project success while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead/co-manage front-/middle-/back-office technology implementations, including assessments, requirements gathering, and training documentation
• Own project planning and management, ensuring deliverables align with requirements and industry best practices
• Run project governance, including status meetings and budget tracking, while promoting implementation best practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementations, project management, or production support with a focus on relevant technology configurations
• Deep understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain and investment products
• Specialist experience in at least two Front-/Middle-/Back Office focus areas such as Portfolio Management or Trading
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake and AWS
• Experience leading small to medium-sized teams in an implementation or consulting environment
