Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity practice, the remote Implementation Specialist will lead clients through onboarding, configuration, and deployment of the platform, ensuring successful adoption and long-term success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored implementation strategies
• Manage implementation timelines and deliverables while serving as the primary technical point of contact
• Deliver product training and documentation to empower clients in using and managing the platform effectively

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in implementation or technical account management at a Security or Cyber SaaS company
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Experience using project management or CRM tools such as Salesforce or Jira
• Working knowledge of APIs and web applications
• Comfort leading client-facing calls and presentations
