Job Summary
Conducting implementation activities and providing training, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will execute Nextech CRM's standard implementation methodology, support clients during go-live events, and optimize post-implementation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client training and workflow analysis to prepare for go-live events
- Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and identify opportunities for workflow improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically with CRM software implementation
- 1 year of GoHighLevel (GHL) software experience
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior
- Technical background in CRM or GHL
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
