Job Summary

Conducting implementation activities and providing training, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will execute Nextech CRM's standard implementation methodology, support clients during go-live events, and optimize post-implementation processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct client training and workflow analysis to prepare for go-live events
  • Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and identify opportunities for workflow improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically with CRM software implementation
  • 1 year of GoHighLevel (GHL) software experience
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior
  • Technical background in CRM or GHL
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
