Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the onboarding of new customers, the part-time contract Implementation Specialist will assist clients with email routing changes in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, update DNS records, and ensure a successful implementation experience while working remotely from the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new customers for the SMB segment on email suite products
• Assist customers via email and Zoom with technical setup and inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the implementation period

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience
• Experience with email routing and DNS management
• Ability to connect with customers and understand their priorities
• Strong team player with a customer-centric approach
