Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the temporary Implementation Specialist will lead the onboarding and setup of client programs and services remotely for East Coast applicants, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to ongoing account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new client accounts and service programs
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful and timely implementations
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders during the implementation phase

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, account management, customer onboarding, operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of finance and accounting terminology
